Reunite Service
Australia Zoo has partnered with Crime Stoppers to introduce the Reunite Service, a simple, secure and effective online identification system for Queensland. Operated by Crime Stoppers Queensland, the Reunite Service helps Crime Stoppers’ 24 hour call centre to efficiently reunite parents, guardians or carers with those in their care, should they become separated.
Registering with the Reunite Service ensures that a person’s crucial identification information, including a current photo, is correct and immediately available when needed. A uniquely numbered Reunite Service card and a matching numbered wristband are issued with each registration, with the wristband being worn by the registered person and the cards carried by their parents, guardians or carers.
Terri Irwin is proud to be the Ambassador for the Reunite Service, and having officially launched on 5 April 2010 in the Crocoseum, Australia Zoo is proud to be a founding partner of this program, and offers a registration service through our Information Desk.
