Conservation
Our Mission
"Myself, Terri, Wes and our team of hard-core conservationists, environmentalists, and naturalists at the Australia Zoo are breaking exciting new territory in wildlife and wilderness CONSERVATION.
Together we're breaking the traditional conservation moulds, making a quantum leap into new levels of conservation techniques and strategies, setting new benchmarks for the protection of the world's environment and humanity." - Steve Irwin
Australia Zoo is proud to fund various national and international Conservation Projects. Our current projects are successfully helping to protect many species including crocodiles, tigers, wombats, elephants and cheetah.
